Mariposario Las Limas Natural Reserve

 

Natural forest with walking trails. Different species of butterflies, flowers, birds, beautiful gardens, educative museum and river. Route 747, Km 0.7, Culebra Sector. Open Thu-Sun 10am-1pm, call for reservation.

Julio Enrique Monagas Park

Charco Azul

 

A small river forms a natural pool called Charco Azul. Route 183 and 184, Jagual and Marín neighborhoods. Open Tue-Sun 9am-5pm. 

Bellas Artes Center

 

A new art center exhibiting historical artifacts and paintings. Route 3 & McArthur St. Open Tue-Sat 9:00am-4:00pm, Sun 10:00am-4:30pm.

Cautiño House Museum

Baños de Coamo

 

The site thought to be the Fountain of Youth sought by Juan Ponce de León. End of Route 156. Open daily.

San Blas de Illesca Catholic Church

 

Its construction started in 1563, is one of the oldest churches in Puerto Rico. Located at Mario Braschetti St. in the heart of town. Open daily 6:30am-6:00pm.

Three Saint Kings House Museum

 

 Museum of memorabilia from the first Three Kings Day celebration until the present. Located in Comercio St. Open daily 8:00am-4:00pm, Sat-Sun-Hol. 11:30am-3:00pm. Tel.787-837-1115

Parque de Bombas

 

A century old wooden firehouse painted bright red and black, includes an antique fire engine from 1928. Located in Plaza Las Delicias, behind Guadalupe Cathedral. Open daily 9:00am-5:00pm.

Tibes Indian Ceremonial Center

Caja de Muertos Island
